The drive takes into account the required response of the coupled mechanical system and automatically optimizes the closed-loop control parameters. Leverage our engineering software for your servo drives or the integrated web server to optimize your machine axes. A fast and flexible solution for your machine with no in-depth technical know-how required.
Signal diagnostics and analysis
Are you faced with the challenge of identifying the correct motion control and drive signals and/or their interaction during commissioning or during operation in order to clarify the reasons for sporadically occurring errors in the machine behavior?
With the system-integrated "LongTermTrace" function of the TIA Portal, you can record drive and PLC signals triggered and cyclically synchronous process and easily analyze them with graphic support. This significantly reduces the commissioning time of the machine and the search for sporadically occurring machine faults.
